We liver 5 km north of Haugesund on the westcoast of Norway. We are 4 peopele and 5 newfs. And we do love it here. The first dog and Chow Chow I got as nine years old girig . An chow chow because a newf was to big for me alone.  But I had alreadydesided to get one one day. This chow chow was called Chanel after the oldest dog at the kennel I was visiting since I was only 4 years old. I did lear about behavior and how to train dogs. In 1988 I did buy my first Newf . We have the newfs as family members and love to have long walks in the wood and also enjoy the shows in weekends.
